齋戒的意義與齋月的意義是有區別的。齋戒的意義在於培養我們的敬畏，齋月則是要拉近我們與古蘭的距離。若你無法在齋月中對古蘭有更多的理解，若你無法在齋月中對古蘭產生更多的喜愛，齋月的精神也就蕩然無存。
